Sorry, I dropped the list from my reply before.

Tried starman again, must have had something wrong before because I now get
around 4.5 seconds on that page.

I'll have to look into how to configure it though, because it's currently
running as root so it can use port 80, which doesn't seem like a good idea
at all.
