[masq] NAT and Linux masquerading

Hi,

I've done a bunch of reading on NAT and Linux IP-Masquerading and 
everything I've read says that Linux only does dynamic address 
translation through one outside IP address.

Are there any tools or addons that provide a static external address 
to be translated through the IPmasq to a static internal address?
