I am using a similar setup. You have to run a tproxy program. The last
lines of README are:

My name is John Saunders <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and I run a modest ISP in
Sydney Australia, http://www.nlc.net.au/ take a look.

The latest version of this package will always be at the follwing
URL ftp://ftp.nlc.net.au/pub/linux/www/ with a name like
transproxy-x.x.tgz or on Sunsite.

Also the ipfwadm command I use are:
/sbin/ipfwadm -I -a a -P tcp -S ip/mask -D 0.0.0.0/0 80 -r 8181

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Nasir.
