I thought I heard a "K. Mellerup" say:

That's a pretty lazy stretch, but anyway...

Go to your local LDP (linux Documentation Project) mirror and see the
Ethernet HOWTO. Specifically, section 3.2 "Using More than one Ethernet
Card per Machine" which is at:
http://www.cc.gatech.edu/linux/LDP/HOWTO/Ethernet-HOWTO-3.html#ss3.2
Donald Becker, one of the Linux Ethernet ghods, also has a very short
"multiple ethercard" document that might be helpful.
http://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/linux/misc/multicard.html
This info is also covered in David Ranch's TrinityOS document, although
it's a bit harder to *quickly* find (hope that sgml conversion is going
well, David :) ) As of the version up today, it's line 4836 of
http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~dranch/LINUX/TrinityOS.wri
Or just search for "Two or more NICs:" in your copy.
I don't know if this sort of thing should be mentioned in the masq
HOWTO... they can't really put every single thing related to masq (How do
I make a good cup of coffee to help me survive the wait while my kernel
compiles? What's this weird spot on my foot that I didn't notice until I
installed Linux?), so maybe the link that exists there is enough.
