I'm not an Instant Messenger user, but it came with the latest
download of Netscape, and my daughter discovered it. She reports
no problems, in several months of intensive teenage use.

I'm on a pretty standard masq'd network, several Windows
machines (both 95 and NT 4), behind a Linux masq server. I've
been using ipchains and kernel 2.2.x, probably since before we
installed Instant Messenger.

Now, we only use I M from one machine at a time. We just haven't
tried multiple operations, so I can't give you any reports on that.

Send the list some more details, and maybe we can help you.
