[Masq] More Info on DCC chat problem

1)yes I do have the module ip_masq_irc loaded
2)Yes I can send and receive DCC file transfers
3)the problem isn't with the other end cause I can go to a machine not
behind the masq box and chat to the same person
    (telnet to different linux box and user xchat for above)
