We probably need to see your ipchains (or ipfwadm) rulesets. For
testing purposes, you can go with a very basic script, of just
masquerade all. I've been doing online banking for about 2 years
now, with never any trouble, with Netscape. I'm not a big news
user, but what little I've done works just fine.
Anyway, tell us more about your setup (modem vs dsl/cable, brief
description of your internal lan, Linux particulars, etc.) and we'll try
to help solve it.
