@Home's proxy servers are VERY picky. Try disabling the proxy setup

Ahhhh.. Sounds like either a driver or hardware issue. What ETH cards
are these?

Your collision ratios are great. Remember, always divide collisions by
TOTAL number of packets times 100.
So, for eth0, thats 0.11% Collisions less than 10% on a busy is ok.
NEVER let it go over 30% or you will begin to experience collision
storms.
