This may be a bit off topic so I'll be brief.  Netware can be told to 
have a default route for the entire network.  Details are in TID 
2911404 on the Novell web site.  It works fine on NW3.12.  I think 
this will allow all your client machines on the various internal 
subnets to get to the MASQ box.  Each client will be set up to point 
to the nearest Netware NIC as it's default router.  The only other 
question is if special considerations are necessary in your MASQ 
rules to enable all the subnets.  Email me if you would like to see 
specific examples of my Netware config.
