Well, I was hoping that it would let the Zone (Microsoft is bad, I know)
work with XvT (lucas arts game).  I thought that's what the looseUDP
"feature" was supposed to do, but it doesn't seem to work.  Q: What exactly
does the looseUDP feature do?  If it does what I'm assuming, then I would
expect it to be DISABLED by default, for security reasons.  Thanks,
