Forgive my asking, but what it the point to having a secondary DNS
server that shares the link with and whose traffic is routed via the
primary name server? You get no redundancy or reliability benefits
from that.
Ideally you want the secondary name server to be at a different site,
with network access via different links, so that if your primary name
server is inaccessible for some reason the secondary name server will
serve requests until the primary is once again available.
