Hi all.
I have recently set up an ipmasq server for my small network at home... but i
am having problems with icq. Every few minutes ICQ says 'last online', etc and
reconnects to the server. should this be happening? I am using kernel 2.2.12
on the server, RH6, and the firewall script is the simple from the howto
(1.79). I am using the ip_masq_icq module.
But the worse part is that when viewing a few websites at once or doing a fast
download ICQ wont even reconnect... it just sits there trying to connect and
gives up in the end. until the other transfer is finished ICQ wont work.
I have also tried the port forwarding method (2000-2020 as in the howto) with
the same results.
I take it that ICQ cant get through to connect.. but should this be happening?
How can i fix it?
