I believe I saw an unofficial patch on masq-dev or linux-kernel, where
someone created a patch to make this happen. I don't think it was
accepted, however; not sure.
It seems to me that you could, I suppose, run something like 'redir'
on the firewall, so that it could catch connections coming from the
inside, and send them to the web server. The port-forwarding will
catch external requests before they reach 'redir', and forward them
in, I think. Worth a try?
