Hmmm... more motivation to get that HOWTO updated.  Anyway.. I 
don't recommend to use IPAUTOFW.  Use IPPORTFW.  You will have
to patch the kernel, re-compile it, and then compile up the
actual IPPORTFW program (all steps are easy).
