This is \WINNT\System32\drivers\etc\services.
They have all the files there: hosts, protocol, networks, services.
Oddly, the protocol MS uses for PPTP, GRE is not in there.

Ports 137-139. Ever heard of the infamous port 139 loopholes?
Look at the Samba documentation for more on this stuff.
