I don't quite follow you here.  

If you setup aliases like
smtp.yourdomain.com and pop3.yourdomain.com pointing to 
your Linux box, then you CANNOT easily filter out access 
based upon the requested DNS hostname.  Why would you care
anyway?

If you want MASQed machines to only have SMTP and POP3 access
to the Linux box, this would be a pretty simple IPFWADM
modification.  

If you can be more explict in what you are looking for.. I'm
sure we can help you out.
