You seem to miss CONFIG_IP_MASQUERADE_PPTP.
There is a patch on the Masq resource page
(http://www.wiznet.ca/~ambrose/index.html).
With that patch, I can connect from my NT client behind my Linux firewall to our
VPN server that is on an NT server.
