Yes and no. There are two ways that I know of to do this with Linux:
1. EQL:
This feature will bond two or more connections to
a remote server but very few ISPs support this.
The reason is that the remote box needs to be a
either a specifically configured Livingston
Portmaster or another EQL'ed Linux box.
2. ML/PPP
This feature can work with a LOT more ISPs out
there but this patch is VERY old and hasn't been
updated for modern kernels in a LONG time
(Linux 2.1.43). Even if this code was modern,
most ISPs would want to charge you near DOUBLE
your ISP bills since you would be then using
TWO of there modem lines.
