1. do not spray water on to smoke - only spray water on to fire / flames / red 2. do not break windows or open doors until a hoseline is in place - it takes no longer to run a hoseline to a front door or window than it takes to carry an axe to a front door or window 3. wind will push a fire and / or smoke 4. smoke and fire go up - the top floor of a highrise bld can easily fill up with toxic heat and smoke 5. fire can drop on your head from the ceiling - from the walls besides you - or come up from the floor below you 6. if you never practice a coordinated fire attack, then you will never accomplish a coordinated fire attack --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
