IIRC the Worcester FD responds to any EMS calls that are more than 5 minutes travel time from Worcester City Hospital - that was the original policy from 20 years ago IIRC - the reasoning was - there are always ambulances available near the City Hospital and the FD response was basically useless in that area -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
