I think the railroad tracks are already there - I wonder how they will cause more environmental damage? Why is it more expensive to build the railroad now then 10 years ago? Does it take 4 guys to carry 1 tie now versus 2 guys 10 years ago? Are the engineers half as smart now versus 10 years ago? Or are there twice as many lawyers to feed now? $100 million over 10 years is $10 million per year. $10 million per year could probably buy a few more portable radios.
