Arlington FD "E500" just (app 2043 6/2/10) announced they are "on the road in service" on Arlington FD main channel (460.6000). I've never heard of "E500". Arlington does not have an Engine 5, so it's not that "E500" is a portable assigned to engine 5. I don't think it's an axillary FD unit- I think the auxiliary just runs Lighting 1, Lighting 2 and Air Supply, and those are their call signs. Anyone heard of "E500" or know of any new AFD units?
