I dont think that 911 in Massachusetts has the ability to receive photos or video yet. Perhaps if someone records a crime in progress or an emergency on a cellphone, they can send it to [email protected] - that might be a account that is monitored 24/7 - and maybe they could forward the info to the correct agency somehow.
