There is an old pumper in the Arlington DPW Yard over by the dog pound in the back by the bikepath. IIRC it is the Seagrave that they bought from New Jersey. Possibly the pump has been removed - or the pump panel cover on the passenger side has been removed - or is jet black in color. (If it is not the Seagrave pumper, maybe it is one of the 1990 Pierces - but I am pretty sure it is the Seagrave - I just dont have my notes in front of me).
DPW has a large crane on 4 wheels.
