Highband was licensed in August of 2006

Looking at those highband freqs, the only system they could build with
those listings might have - Ch 1 - 154.0625 - primary channel - Ch 2 -
155.19 - for chiefs to talk to each other - Ch 3 - strange extender
for chiefs - chief's portable would transmit on 154.0625 to the MO3
which would then broadcast on 155.19 - the dispatcher would need a
special receiver to listen to 155.19 - or perhaps Ch 3 would just be
used to extend the range of comms between chiefs (154.0625 >>> 155.19)

This has been a short exercise in attempting to figure out what the
FCC listings mean in real terms. It is possible that the license is
not complete or incorrect.
