I was listening to the scanner on Sunday. I mean "me" as opposed to
"I". "I" would be "Peter Inc" - a LLC. Whatever. :-)

153.815 - PL 151.4 from the dispatcher

"Medical 2" was the only field unit that I heard - they must have a
super radio. (I didnt catch their PL - probably was 151.4 I reckon)

1018 AM - pager tone signal transmitted - "day shift, Littleton
firefighters, ALS" dispatched to Ayer Road at Middlesex Corporation -
motorcycle crash - 2 down - unknown injuries - (maybe he meant
"unknown specific injuries") - anyhow

1019 - ALS signs on from Lincoln

1020 - someone signs on

1022 - something

1023 - "ALS we have it" - (I think the Acton ALS became available and
took the call instead of the Lincoln ALS unit)

At this point I turned off the squelch so i could hear the first
syllables of all the messages

"450" is the dispatchers ID

1023 - Engine 4 on and responding

1024 - Littleton EMTs toned for the 2nd ambulance (apparently on the
orders of Medical 1 - which apparently is the first out ambulance
which is staffed by the onduty career firefighters)

update for medics - 14 year old male slid 500 feet - numerous
abrasions - male 40 with open right ankle fracture

1027 - someone arrived - maybe Engine 4

1027 - Medical 2 requests Ayer Ambulance - (not Air Ambulance)

1029 - Medical 2 on and responding - will cancel Ayer Ambulance

1032 - Medical 2 and ALS at scene

Therefore - I guess we have 14 minutes to get a medic onscene
