634 PM - was that an Arlington cop car just shining a light at my side of the bld from the upper parking lot? - a sedan is all I could see - the spotlight was at the bottom corner of the windshield on the drivers side - I dont have that stolen car in my apt - it wont fit - already tried - no, not really
