3 twelve hour shifts per week - 2 PM to 230 AM - every other weekend and holiday

I guess this is in place of using a RN to do workups? Medic can start
IVs, run EKG, run defib, do airways - I guess they could do all the
field routines - but in the ER - ???

Cheaper than a RN?
