If anyone has video of the lightning storm (or a link) - please let me know. I would love to see it.
One of the TV stations from Needham tweeted a couple of photos from their Needham tower cam. If they have any video of that feed - it should be spectacular. When I looked outside, after the storm had mostly passed, the lightning was constant. The sky was flickering as if there was a cop car parked outside with all of his strobes running. I did not see any bolts - just a constant flickering. Oddly - there was only 1 or 2 really close bolts near me. (maybe within a quarter mile - there was no "crack/booms" as when out bld gets hit). I wonder if alot of the bolts were cloud to cloud? Peter Sz Note 1 - That one very short video clip that I mentioned earlier (that shows the cops getting drenched) does show some rapid lightning action I think. Note 2 - maybe someone can alo come up with a lightning map (video) for the storm - I know that TV7 did have at least one Tweet with a lightning map. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
