"Winds that gusted up to 44 mph whipped through the area, Daugherty
said, fanning the flames from the origin, a tree at the Boles
Apartments on Boles Lane. It was reported at about 1:38 p.m."

---------------------------------

Of the hundreds of news reports - this seems to be the only one that
mentions the start time of the fire.

There is no mention of the FD arrival time.

Open and transparent - not so much - unless someone saved the scanner
feed traffic from Broadcastify and posted it online

Openness - maybe - live scanner audio

"About 1:38" - whats that mean? - 1:28 - 148 - ? 1:39 - I am sure that
most people realize that the time of the first 911 call is known down
to the millisecond - as is the turnout times and travel times and
arrival times
