Fall River FD is still using their Ch 2 On Fall River FD Channel 1, after a mobile unit stops talking, there is a digital sound that stays on the air. It almost sounds like a P25 control channel. Thats probably why they are not using Channel 1. (Also - the dispatcher is all echoey on Ch1)
