Mass Audubon website says that hawks sometimes sit in trees for hours looking for prey - they also say that window strikes sometimes give them a little concussion - hawks also sit for a while when digesting food - Arlington PD does not want to call out the Animal Control Officer - all the other offices seem to be closed except for emergencies - its 705 PM and my buddy is still on the windowsill just watching me and once in a while ruffling his feathers
