Brooks Station Road has scattered homes and woods - maybe 20 homes along that section plus 1 church - road is 1 lane in each direction with double yellow stripe down the middle for the entire length- speed limit might be 30 (not posted) but vehicles could easily do 60 MPH on that road ) - mostly flat - mostly straight with good sight lines - most homes look like $750K value except 1 at end
Many of the homes might have surveillance systems.
