think about it - if someone asks for Emails from a town employee -
then just take 10 seconds and send the whole batch to the requester -
let the requester sort them out

If there is personal Emails mixed in with Town Emails - then thats a
no no - the Town employee should know better than to do personal
business on their Town Email account

PRL = public records law = PDL = public document law = Massachusett's
version of the federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

Note the comment about Framingham Police corruption being uncovered
pursuant to a Public Documents Record request -  "Locally, a MetroWest
Daily News records request was instrumental in bringing light to
possible theft and tampering in the Framingham Police Department
evidence locker."
