young guy went down when working out in a gym

8 minute response time for ambulance

coach and others did CPR

no brain damage but significant heart damage

one artery was "crushed" - I think they mean "clogged"

see LEF.org for info - epithelial layer of artery - ellagic acid from
pomegranate is your friend apparently IIRC - seemed to work for me - I
used to see stars once in a while when standing up - went away after I
started to take cheap pomegranate capsules (like $5 for a months
supply) - of course could have been many other factors also

In any case, this is clear proof that working out in a gym is no
guarantee of heart health - or pretty good proof - I am sure if I
Google "gym" and "cardiac arrest" I am going to get a bunch of hits
