Ludlow MA had a fatal fire - July 4 2017 - 3 people died in a house fire listening to the radio tape we hear -
622 AM - dispatcher announces the call - no tones - no units sign on - possible structure fire - PD called back and reported black smoke in the area exact location given and best hydrant given by dispatcher - "68 is at end of the street" 625 AM - Engine 3 at scene - heavy fire and smoke - "put in the all call" 626 AM - 2 tone pager set and whooper - (no location given) - all available firefighters needed for station - 3 firefighters call in C8 reports 3 residents unaccounted for - doing a search C8 is OIC - he is on a HT via a repeater - he fades in and out a little - C8 is apparently the officer on Eng 3 628 AM - "Engine 3 more pressure" 632 AM - 3 firefighters at station - they are needed at the scene - also have a bld alarm - send the PD to check it out - need ambulance - mention of Eng 2 vs Wilbraham ambulance 633 AM - C8 message all feedback - something about ambulance 636 AM - ambulance on way per dispatcher more feedback from C8 ------------------------------------- bottom line seems to be - as soon as they found the victims, things went south - i have no idea if they just got 1 ambulance or if they got 3 ambulances -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
