Santa Barbara County they had 3 nearby engines tied up on EMS calls - the E21 medical call was approx 20 minutes before the fire call - you can check their twitter feed to get the exact time of each call - smoke check went out about 3 minutes before the veg fire alarm - both veg alarms were struck at nearly the same time - maybe was a 2nd alarm before arrival
