June 11 2019 Tuesday - heard via Broadcastify archive 553 am tape - action starts at 22:10 on the tape - which is 615 am by my calculation
615 am - E21 at JFK Station - request location / info - master box for station - also mentioned - "call for Red Line" 616 am - E21 reports train accident derailment - requests tech rescue response and a chief 617 am - E21 request a chief to High St (MBTA Ops Center) to verify that power is shut down - "615" AM per dispatcher 617 am - E21 to L7 - bring all of your medical gear (and) backboard 619 am - E21 gaining access to patients - "do me a favor and strike the box" 620 am - box 33-1824 struck 2 rounds on Ch1 for JFK T Station at 875 Columbia Road 621 am - C700 requests the incident on his MDT ---------------------------------------- 5 minutes between arrival and striking of box initial response was just 1 engine and 1 ladder to the master box at the station apparently - someone must have pulled the hook or something the Red Line is a subway line - but at this station the Red Line operates at ground level - commuter rail also goes thru there at ground level 'striking of the box' would have sent 2 more engines + 1 more ladder + 1 rescue + 1 district chief and a division chief + air supply unit + rehab unit + 1 bls ambulance + 1 amb supervisor 'tech response response' would have sent maybe 2 district chiefs and 2 engines and 2 ladders and maybe 1 tower ladder and 1 rescue and special units I am not sure if they would send 2 rescues and 2 divison chiefs - 1 for tech rescue and 1 for box since there is only 1 rehab unit and only 1 air supply unit that question is moot -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
