recently heard via openmhz live scanner audio feeds

Worcester FD - Channel 10 = Tac 10 - maybe is used for training -
heard radio checks with approx 6 units and then a "bld fire" was
announced - apparently was a training drill

Worcester EMS - on the dispatch TG the dispatcher announced that
Coastal ALS was responding to a call in the city - and they also
announced that ?Northboro? Fire was responding to an EMS call in
Shrewsbury

Shrewsbuy announced a breathing difficulty call on both their fire
dispatch TG and their police dispatch TG at the same time - dispatcher
mentioned that the "Medics" were also responding

Worcester Airport fire TG - "Fire Alarm" is the dispatcher - might be
at Logan Airport in Boston - they had a minor incident which they
classified as a Ground Emergency - therefore a "Everbridge" was not
required as it would be if the incident was classified as an Alert 1 -
C6 is shift commander - Eng 61 + Engine 62 + 6200 heard

Worcester Airport - fire was told that an alarm was received from
their station - there were workers in the firehouse - C6 was told to
switch to the "Ops" channel to talk to Worcester 10 and Worcester
Security about it

DCR Field Ops channel / TG - "State Control to any Boston Region
ranger" - 'overheard that Boston Fire is enroute to Malibu Beach for
an incident' - Ranger 78 went to the scene - car was in water - BFD
checked it out - 3/11/2023 - 951 am

DCR Emergency Broadcast TG / TG 675 - "State Police Holden to
Watershed Ranger on ECall" - Ranger 811 replied - MSP was looking for
description of people seen near Clinton Dam - MSP had 1 unit at the
dam checking out an alarm - "ECall" might be 'Environmental Call'

DCR Fire 2 TG - this seems to cover all of Worcester County and maybe
all areas to the east - State Forest Fire units are heard going to
incidents - State Forest Fire towers check in and out of service - and
report daily fire class, trucks runs, fires, and staffing - units
heard included - 80 - truck 81 - Patrol 51 - Sandwich Tower - Fall
River Tower - Truck 7-2 - Fire 7 Oh - Fire 10 and 12 went to Northboro
from Cape Cod at 851 am on 4/15/2023 - District 3 HQ - District 4 HQ -
14-1 and 14-2 cleared the Boston Marathon Detail at Hopkinton at 1224
pm on 4/17/2023 - Dover Tower - Sharon Tower - Charlton Tower - West
Brookfield Tower - '20 to 41 give me a call' - Plymouth Tower - 10
told Sandwich Tower that he was responding to a fire in Barnstable -
Sandwich Tower told State Control to start a "truck run" (in the CAD
system) - Truck 52 told state control that he was going to a Rowley
wildfire at 1610 hours on 4/18/2023 - turned out to be very minor -
Fall River Tower had Class 4 wx but no truck runs and 1 class 1 fire -
4/19/2023 at 820 am approx Tender 17 and Breaker 16 and Truck 36 and
747 and 10 went to prescribed burns in Falmouth - each district seems
to have staffing of 3 or 4 people spread between trucks and towers -
no traffic heard from district 6 (northern middlesex county) - seems
that some traffic is also done on other channels (probably the older
VHF channels at 151 mhz) - no fire weather forecasts heard

DCR Fire 1 - just daily radio ID heard at 8 am - no western mass units
heard talking - unsure why - maybe they dont use Fire 1 or maybe the
openmhz does not hear the traffic

TG 661 - DCR Harbor 1 - actually sounds like Boston DPW trash crew in Allston
