description for video

In addition to correctly chosen tactics and their technically correct
execution, the success of an operation depends not least on the
trusting cooperation of the specialist services involved. These are
usually the fire brigade, the rescue service, the police, but also the
integrated control center (ILS). Without at least a rough knowledge of
the respective working methods and needs, ineffective work and, in the
worst case scenario, even misunderstandings and conflicts can occur.
The educational film "Collaboration between the fire brigade and the
integrated control center (ILS) in action" uses an operational example
to show the usual processes in the ILS when accompanying a fire
brigade operation as well as the process of successful communication
between the operation center and the integrated control center.
