added police and ems layers a couple of FDs have bls ambs - the development center has 4 bls ambs - a couple of VAC have heavy rescue trucks and they do tech rescues and ice rescues etc - there are 1 or 2 regional amb services also (als iirc) maybe everyone is volunteer except for the regional als ambs its very hard to figure out how they really operate without listening to their scanner feeds for a while - because no one ever writes up a simple explanation of EMS for each county - nor does anyone ever document any response times on a regional basis - and Medic 1 in Seattle might be the only one to publish regional save rates oh well -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
