There is an open request on the IRTF's PEARG list, seeking feedback on a
draft document, "Guidelines for Performing Safe Measurement on the
Internet". The MAT WG has expertise and probably feedback to share.

Feedback on the draft is welcome either on their RG discuss list, or by
