Changes http://wiki.axiom-developer.org/385UsefulFunctionNotExported/diff -- 'LinearSystemPolynomialPackage' internally defines a function that converts a list of linear polynomials into a matrix and a vector. Since this functionality is useful also for the end user, it should be exported somehow - but needs to be given a better name.
