ನಪಾಸು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಬಂದಿರುವುದು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮನೋಶಾಸ್ತ ್ರಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಬೇಕಿರುವುದು ಓದು,ಬರಹ ಹಾಗೂ ಗಣಿತದ ಮೂಲಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿತಿರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಅದಷ್ಟಾದರೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಉಂಟು. ಆದರೆ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ದಾಖಲಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರ್, ನಿಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಹರ್. ಬಾಹರ್ ತೋರಿಸಿ ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗೆ, ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗೆ, ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ಯಾರು ತಿರುಗಾಡುವರು? ನೇರವಾಗಿ 7ನೇ ಪಾಸು ತೋರಿಸಿ ಹೈಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ತಲೆಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಕೈ ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಂಡರಾಯಿತು. ಇದು ಈಗಿರುವ ಅವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಜಿವನ ಜಂಜಾಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಡ, ಅನಕ್ಷರಸ್ಥ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕಲಿತನೋ ಇಲ್ಲವೋ? ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೋದನೋ ಇಲ್ಲವೋ ಎಂದು ತಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವ್ಯವಧಾನವೆಲ್ಲಿದೆ ? ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಬೇಕು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಪಾಸ್.!?
