ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ below avg ಮಕ್ಕಳು above avg ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಿಂತ ಜೀವನಕೌಶಲ್ಯ, ವ್ಯವಹಾರಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯುವುದು. ಆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಅಂದ್ರೆ target 40 ಬೇಕು. ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ವರೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಒಂದೇ ತರಹ ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿರುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಇನ್ನುಳಿದ ಕೆಲವೇ ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಬದುಕಲು ಕಲಿತಿರುವ ಆದರೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಭೂತಕ್ಕೆ ಭಯಪಡುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಧೈರ್ಯ ತುಂಬಲು ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಕಸ್. ಮುಂದೊಂದು ದಿನ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ business or agriculture loan ಕೊಡಲು SSLC certificate ಬೇಕು ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಇವತ್ತು ಮಾಡಿದ target 40 ಎಷ್ಟು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ . ಒಂದೊಮ್ಮೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಮುಂದೊಂದು ದಿನ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಈ guilt ಕಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಅಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ನಾವಿಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಜೊತೆ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನೊಳಗೆ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ fail ಅಗುವವರನ್ನು pass ಆಗಿಸುವುದು.
