i met with pu board person . they says that, 50:50 promotion:recruitment, but we are asking 75:25. ratio.. and pu board says those who are promotion teachers not have full subject resource, so planned to do through entrance cet. but our teachers say then what is use of seniority list reservation. so these are all some issue in govt. and commissioner level with minister. may be june- july probably finalized and must 50% minimum in pg.level. within the division level seniority doesn't changes.promotion will do accord in to recruitment reservation procedure..still discussion going on......
