DEAR FRIENDS,
1) MATHEMATICS IS BY NATURE CUMULATIVE, CALCULATIVE AND
CREATIVE , RECENT REASEARCH HAS TOLD THAT IT IS GREATLY INFLUENCED BY
HERIDITY FACTOR, ADDITIONALLY ENVIRONMENTAL FACTOR.
2) TO ACT AS A FACILITATOR FOR A STUDENT, TO BUILD THE
KNOWLEDGE OF CONCEPTS, PREREQUISITE IS THE BASICS OF MATHS AND MODERATELY
HOLD ON THE LANGUAGE IN WHICH THE CHILD IS TAUGHT. WHEN THESE TWO ARE
IMPERFECT NOBODY CAN CONTINUE FACILITATING ALL THE BASICS IN THE TENURE WE
FIND THEM WITH US. BECAUSE THE GOOD LANGUAGE BASE REQUIRED TO ANALYSE THE
PROBLEM BEFORE FINDING THE SOLUTION.
3) MANY EDUCATIONALISTS, PSYCHOLOGISTS WITHIN OUR VICINITLY
(SOCIETY) ARE NOT AT ALL ACTIVE TO SEE WHAT IS GOING IN THE EDUCATION
FIELD AND THE BASELESS , IMPRACTICAL AND UNSCIENTIFIC LETTERS BY THE HIGHER
OFFICIALS TO THE TEACHERS, THEREBY CREATING USELESS TENSION, ANXIETY AMONG
THE TEACHER POPULATION, WHO HAVE ENTERED THE FIELD BY NOT CONSIDERING THE
MONITORY BENEFITS THEY REALISE ON DOING THEIR JOB WITH SELFLESS MOTTO.
4) AFTER RTE - IMPLEMENTATION , WE HAVE LOST THE CREAM, TO
GET BUTTER AND TO MAKE " GHAMA GHAMA TUPPA " . SOCIO-ECONOMIC BACKGROUND
AND THEIR FAMILY STATUS AND BELIEFS ALSO PLAY ANY IMPORTANT ROLE, IN
LEARNING PROCESS. NOT BY SQUEEZING THE TEACHER BY LETTERS THEY CAN ENHANCE
THE PERCENTAGE OF RESULTS. WHAT THEY HAVE UNDERSTOOD ABOUT THE CLASS
AVERAGE IN A SUBJECT. HOWEVER THEY FELT FIXATION OF CLASS AVERAGE IS
SIGHTED. WHAT ALL THEY HAVE PROPOSED IS TRUE IN IDEAL SITUATIONS ( ELITE
SCHOOLS ) , WHERE INTAKE IS THROUGH ENTRANCE EXAM TO BOTH PARENTS AND THE
CHILD.
5) WE ALL SHOULD MAKE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE RULING US ONLY TO
SATISFY THE FUND ORIENTED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES, WITH NO PROPER GUIDANCE
AND SUPERVISION, TO UNDERSTAND THE INTERVEINING FACTORS IN THE WAY OF
FACILITATING LEARNING AND LEARNERS LEARNING. THEY SHOULD UNDERSTAND THE
STAGE AT WHICH THEY HAVE TO CHECK AND RECTIFY THE MISTAKES IN THE LADDER OF
LEARNING MATHEMATICS. IN KANNADA THE RULERS ATTITUDE IS " PAAYA ILLADE
BANAVE HAAKODU "- WHICH IS 111% FAILURE TO APPLY IN ANY SYSTEM, SPECIFIC
FOR EDUCATION SYSTEM.
