ELPA, you mean, we have a MELPA setup but this right now, is outdated since it is connected to sourceforge. Uff, I see its benefits, but admit I am not a huge fan of the issue system, basically because I reply to issues by email (emacs), which more more confortable for me. However the markdown stuff I add is filtered unfortunately and only plain texts arrives.
