Hi, recently I've been using the beautiful (and easy-to-use) pycha[1] package for simple bar charts:

However, pycha is much more limited than matplotlib, and I happen to need error bars on the bar charts to illustrate standard deviation. Is it possible to do produce (for instance) the above chart using matplotlib (preferably without lots of coding)? Here's the pycha homepage: http://bitbucket.org/lgs/pycha/wiki/Home Thanks in advance! -- Yang Zhang http://www.mit.edu/~y_z/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let Crystal Reports handle the reporting - Free Crystal Reports 2008 30-Day trial.
