Hi, I wrote a gui with matplotlib embedded in gtk. However, using the zoom button from the navigation toolbar blacks out or randomises the graph until the zoom selection is finished, after which it is redrawn correctly. The same behaviour occurs with the example script:

I'm using version 0.99.1.1, but it was also present in 0.98.?
